Description

The Oasthouses and Granary at Pickhill Farm, located on Smallhythe Road, date from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is two storeys high and features weatherboarding with a half-hipped tiled roof. To the right, there is a projecting gabled section that is also weatherboarded and supported by iron columns, which includes two trap doors. Adjacent to this section are two square brick oasts topped with pyramidal tiled roofs, each having cowls, along with a conical oast. Pickhill Farmhouse and the Oasthouses and Granary together form a group.
