Description

The Cedars is an 18th-century building located on Smallhythe Road. It is a two-storey structure with a basement, constructed of red brick. The hipped roof features a modillion eaves cornice. The façade includes five sash windows with intact glazing bars. Access to the porch is via seven steps, which are flanked by two reeded pilasters and two Roman Composite columns. There is a blocked semi-circular fanlight above the entrance and two wrought iron railings. The south front has a curved bay with three windows on both floors, topped with a castellated parapet.
