Description

Tile Cottage is a 17th-century house located on the west side of Smallhythe Road. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floors are tile-hung. The roof has two dormers. The front facade features three casement windows and a 6-panel moulded door, which is topped by a rectangular fanlight. A 19th-century gabled brick porch has been added. Tile Cottage is part of a group with the Garden Wall and Chestnut House.
