Description

Nos 3 and 3A, Smallhythe Road, are a pair of 18th-century buildings. They have two storeys and are plastered. The roof is hipped and covered in old tiles, with a bracket eaves cornice. The windows are five-light sashes with intact glazing bars. There are two modern doorcases, each with an open pediment, brackets, and a blocked fanlight. The listed buildings from Nos 1 to 17 on the east side, together with Nos 9 and 11 West Cross, form a group of buildings with group value.
