Description

Cherry Tree House is an 18th-century building located at 1 Smallhythe Road. It is two stories high and features weatherboarding on its exterior. The roof is tiled and includes one hipped weatherboarded dormer. The front has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. There is a porch with a round-headed doorcase. At the rear, there is a two-storey extension, which is also weatherboarded. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side, from Nos 1 to 17, which collectively includes Nos 9 and 11 West Cross.
