Description

Ratsbury is an 18th-century building located on Smallhythe Road. It is two storeys tall with an attic and constructed of red brick. The roof is tiled and features a moulded wooden eaves cornice and one dormer. The building has three sashes with intact glazing bars and Venetian shutters on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two bay windows. The entrance has a doorcase with a flat hood above and a six-panel moulded door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. Ratsbury, along with the Oasthouse and Little Paddock, forms a group.
