Description

Little Paddock, formerly known as Raspberry, is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Smallhythe Road. It is two storeys high and features weatherboarding. The hipped tiled roof has a bracket eaves cornice. The building has three sashes with intact glazing bars. The doorcases are adorned with pilasters, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. Little Paddock, along with Ratsbury and Oasthouse, forms a group.
