Description
This barn, located about 50 metres southeast of Coombe Manor, dates from the 16th century and was extended in the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber frame clad with flint and has a red roof, along with simple brick and Yorkshire boarding. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles and has boarded openings. The barn has an L-shaped plan with gabled roofs, consisting of a main range of five bays with aisles, which includes passing shores and a renewed roof. It has been extended to the west by four bays with aisles and quadrant braces. The barn is included for its group value.
