Description
The building is a stable that has been converted into cottages, located 30 yards northeast of Eggarton Manor. It dates from around 1700 and is constructed of red brick on a flint plinth, topped with a plain tile roof. The structure features a discontinuous plat band and a brick eaves cornice. There is a hipped dormer and a stack positioned at the center right. The fenestration is irregular, consisting of five wooden casements. To the left, there is a stable door set in a 19th-century segment-headed opening, with two similar blocked openings to the right. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
