Description
Castle Precincts Cottage is a stable that has been converted into a cottage, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings, bands, quoins, and a cornice. The slate roof features a central ridge stack on the north range. The building has two storeys with three windows on both floors facing north, which are casements set in brick-dressed, segment-headed surrounds. To the left, there is a half-glazed door. On the ground floor of the south wing, there are three round-arched windows facing east. A flint and brick wall is attached to Castle Precincts Cottage, which is located along the south-east side of Castle Lane.
