No. 7 North Street is a 16th century timber-framed house, notable for its upper floors that overhang on brackets and a bressummer, with the second floor featuring a moulded design. The ground floor has been partly under-built and plastered. The house is dated 1671 and stands three storeys tall, topped with a gable that has moulded barge-boards and a tiled roof. The exterior showcases close studded timbering with plaster infilling. There is one window on the front, with the ground and first floors containing an original casement window featuring small square leaded panes. Nos. 7-13 (odd) form a group.
