Description

Hatch Lodge is an early 19th-century gate lodge located on the north side of Hythe Road in Mersham. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is a single storey with a hipped roof and has chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. It includes three wooden casement windows, each with pointed arched heads and Y-tracery. There is a boarded door positioned to the centre right. Originally, this structure served as a gate lodge for Mersham-Le-Hatch.
