Description

Bourne House is a small house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a top light, which is recessed in a panelled reveal. In front of the door is a Doric porch supported by pilasters and two columns. The house has five twelve-pane sash windows, each with rubbed brick heads. The roof is hipped, with stacks located at the ends on the hips.
