Description

Sunningdale is a small house built in the mid-18th century. It features colourwashed brick and an old plain tiled roof that is set behind a parapet. The house is two stories high and has three bays. The central doorway has a 20th-century half-glazed door set in a panelled reveal, framed by a doorcase with pilasters and a small moulded flat hood. There are five 16-pane sash windows with rubbed brick heads. Above these, there is a modillioned cornice and a parapet with coping. The gable stacks are rendered.
