Description
Yeomans is a row of four cottages that have been combined into one unit. They date from the early 19th century and have undergone restoration in the 20th century. The cottages feature rendered walls and a thatched roof. The symmetrical front, facing northwest, consists of one storey and an attic, with two rows of four windows, where two additional windows have replaced former doors. The roof is half-hipped, with eaves raised above the dormers and lowered to create three porches, the central one being wider. The rear has a catslide. The walls are plain, and the windows are casements with patterned leaded lights. One of the doors from the former central pair remains, and the three porches are supported by rustic poles, with side rails that have cross-bracing and vertical poles filling each half gable.
