Description

Pern Cottage is a cottage built around 1900, constructed from flint and thatch. It has one storey and an attic, featuring two windows on the front (south) side. The roof is half-hipped, with eaves raised above the upper windows. The main wall is made of flint with brick dressings, including quoins and a plinth. The first floor is slightly jettied and covered in small shingles that display horizontal patterns. The windows are casements, consisting of 2, 3, or 5 units, with leaded lights made up of 35 small square panes. There is a boarded door set in a plain frame.
