Description

This industrial footbridge, located 5 metres northwest of Chesapeake Mill, dates from the mid-19th century. It features a cast-iron frame with an arched design, pierced spandrels, and a central joint, along with a boarded footway. The bridge is supported by vertical iron posts, five on each side, which are connected by four levels of plain rails. It is possibly a product of Tasker's, a company based in Andover.
