Description

The Cottage, along with Nos 2 and 4 (Optician), is a terrace of three houses dating from the 18th century, with some late 19th-century features. The walls are constructed in Flemish bond with blue headers and have cambered openings, with late 19th-century courses beneath the eaves. The building has a tile roof and two gabled dormers. It is a plain terrace that was renovated in the late 19th century, standing two storeys high with an attic and featuring three windows. The windows are Victorian sashes, including two large windows with cornices. The doorways are plain and have half-glazed doors. This building is included for its group value.
