Description

60 Kingsgate Street is a building from 1833 located on the west side of Kingsgate Street. It is constructed of red brick featuring burnt headers and has a string course on the first floor. The building is two storeys high with an attic and is topped by an old tiled roof. The ground floor has a central door flanked by two windows, one of which has been altered. On the first floor, there are two windows alongside a late 18th-century bow window that has a bracketed cornice and bead and reel ornament. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the entrance features a six-panel door with panelled reveals. All the listed buildings on Kingsgate Street are part of a group.
