Description

No. 52 on Kingsgate Street is a building dating from 1833. It is two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick with an old tile roof. The windows are irregularly arranged within wide frames, and there is a flush panelled door featuring a fanlight. The doorcase is adorned with reeded pilasters and brackets, with a cornice that is broken forward over the brackets. The building includes both sash and casement windows.
