Description

62 Kingsgate Street is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features small plum-coloured brick walls, a brick dentil cornice, and a stucco blocking course topped with stone coping. The roof is covered with old tiles.

On the ground floor, there are five windows and two doors, while the first floor has six windows and three dormers. Originally, there were five windows on the front. One of the doors has a doorcase with engaged Roman Doric columns and an entablature, along with panelled reveals and a six-panel door. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. A central brick stack is present, and there is a 19th-century section to the left.
