Description

15 Kingsgate Street is a late 18th-century building of three storeys. It has five windows and is constructed of plum-coloured brick, with a brick string course delineating the floors and a moulded cornice with small dentils, topped by a parapet. A central doorway is set back from the street and is approached by a flight of steps with plain railings. The doorway features a moulded architrave surround, panelled reveals, brackets, a cornice and a pediment. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; two are blank. A six-panel door is present, featuring two glazed panels. The roof is not visible. The building contributes to the group value of the listed buildings on Kingsgate Street.
