Description

This is a late 18th century, early 19th century building located on St Thomas Street. It is a three-storey structure with five windows. The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick string courses and features a wide coved eaves cornice. The roof is slate. A prominent central doorway is topped by a fanlight and open moulded pediments. The doorway has a six-panel door with fielded panels, and panelled reveals. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A two-storey, two-window wing of the 19th century is attached to the right side. The listed buildings on St Thomas Street are considered to form a group.
