Description
This is an 18th-century building located at 25 St Swithun Street. It is a two-storey and attic structure with red brick walls and a moulded cornice. The roof is hipped and covered in old tiles. The building has four windows and a central doorway. The doorway features an arched fanlight, pilasters supporting a cornice and open pediment, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door. The sash windows have glazing bars in elliptical heads. There are two modern dormers. The building incorporates part of the City wall and forms the terminal feature of Symonds Street.
