Description

No 12 on Kingsgate Street is a building from 1833, located on the east side. It is two storeys high and constructed of colourwashed stucco. The facade features tall panels with rustications on either side of a projecting central section. There is an arched central door with a plain fanlight and a console keystone above it. The building has three sash windows with glazing bars. A modern door has been installed. The roof is not visible. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on Kingsgate Street.
