Description

No. 9 Kingsgate Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows, with the centre window being blank. The windows are sashes with glazing bars set in rubbed heads. The entrance includes a six-panel door topped by a fanlight. The building is adorned with a brick dentil cornice and has a parapet with stone coping, although the roof is not visible. This property is part of a group of listed buildings along Kingsgate Street.
