Description

72 and 73 Kingsgate Street are two buildings dating from around 1833, located on the west side of Kingsgate Street. The structures are likely from the late 17th century but have been modernized. They are built of colourwashed brick. Number 72 has three storeys and three windows with diamond lattice casements. Number 73 has two storeys, five windows with wooden cross casements, and features a modern shop front. Both buildings have tiled roofs. The interior of the buildings includes a good staircase. All the listed buildings in Kingsgate Street form a group.
