Description

No. 74 on Kingsgate Street is a building from 1833, located on the west side. It features a 20th-century front on what may be an older structure. The building is made of red brick with stone dressings and has two storeys plus an attic. It has three windows, which include two and three-light stone mullion casements. The doorway is modern. A projecting pediment is topped with a large timber modillion cornice. The roof is covered with old tiles and has diagonally set chimneys.
