Description

KINGSGATE STREET 1. 1833 (West Side) No 74 SU 4829 SW 6/387 II GV 2. C20 front on a possibly older building. Red brick with stone dressings. Two storeys and attic, three windows, two and three-light stone mullion casements. Modern doorway. Projecting pediment with a large timber modillion cornice. Old tile roof with diagonally set chimneys. Graded for group value. All the listed buildings in Kingsgate Street form a group.
