Description
The Manor House is a house dating from the 17th century, with extensions added in the 18th century. It features a timber-frame core, reused stone dressings, random flint patches, and brick, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building is one and a half storeys high and consists of four bays, with the right bay constructed of brick. A 19th-century gabled brick porch is located at the centre of the right bay, featuring a later Gothic-style door. There is also a stable door under a pent-roofed porch at the right end of the left bay, accompanied by a 2-light casement window with a segmental head to the left. The central bays include dressed stone openings, including an arch, with 20th-century 2-light leaded steel casements. Above these, there are two 20th-century 3-light hipped dormers and a 2-light hipped dormer in the outer bay.
