7/5 Barn, 20m NW of Godsfield Farmhouse II

Barn. C17 & C18. Timber-frame with weatherboarding and corrugated iron roof. Aisled barn of 2 phases. 5 bays with lower ridge at farmhouse end and earlier 4 bays beyond. Blocked porch in 3rd bay from each end. Inside later phase has queen post strut roof with straight braces, wallplate ties and one set ot purlins. Earlier roof queen post strut with curved braces, 2 sets of purlins and hipped end.
