Description

This is a barn located 30 meters north of Home Farmhouse, dating from the 17th to 18th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding and a brick plinth, topped by a painted corrugated iron roof. The barn consists of six bays, with bays 2 and 5 having projecting gabled waggon entries. There is a tiled lean-to between these two bays and a corrugated iron lean-to to the left. Inside, there is a central weatherboarded partition; the left side includes curved queen post trusses and diagonal braces to the tie beams, while the right side has raking queen struts and curved braces to the ties.
