Description

This is a house with two ground-floor shops, dating from the early 18th century, with some early 20th-century alterations to the ground floor. The building features brick walls in Flemish bond with blue headers, while the ground floor is rendered. It has a tile roof with fully-moulded modillion eaves and cornice. The symmetrical west front elevation has two storeys and five windows, although the central narrow opening is now filled with brickwork and displays a lead fire-insurance sign. The windows are Victorian sashes in exposed frames. There are two plain shop windows, each with a doorway located on the north side.
