KINGSGATE ROAD 1. 1833 (West Side) Outbuilding to the North of No 48 SU 42 NE 12/158A II GV 2. C18 or earlier. Red brick with bands of flints. Tiled roof, gabled ends have scalloped bargeboards. The listed buildings from No 40 to Kingsgate House form a group.
