Description

27 Kingsgate Road is an early 19th-century building constructed in 1833. It is made of colourwashed brick and features two storeys with an attic. The façade has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance consists of a six-panel door with flush panels, flanked by Tuscan pilasters and topped with an entablature. The roof is covered with old tiles and includes one dormer. There is a later wing added to the right side of the building. Numbers 22 to 27 Kingsgate Road together form a group.
