Description

This is an 18th-century outbuilding located to the north-west of No 12 on West Pallant. The structure has two storeys and features a tiled roof with a half hip at the east end. The south side is made of red brick, while the north wall is constructed from painted brick and rubble. The upper storey on the east side is weather-boarded and includes one glazed opening and one small weather-boarded door. The ground floor has modern garage doors. This building was once a stable-block.
