Description

1 West Pallant is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It features a steeply pitched tiled gabled roof and three dormers. The exterior is made of red brick with grey headers above and cemented below. The front of the building has three facets that follow the bend of the street. Each house has one window above and below, with small three-light casement windows in the upper storey and sash windows below. The sash windows have a flush box and are set in slightly segmental headings. This building, along with Nos 2 and 3, forms a group with the former Church of All Saints and the Toc H Meeting House, as well as Nos 1 to 8 in succession.
