Description
This is an 18th-century building comprising two houses, numbered 2 and 3 West Pallant, originally forming part of a terrace with number 1. The structure is two storeys tall with an attic, and features a steeply pitched tiled roof with three dormers. The facade is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers above a cemented base. The front of the building consists of three facets, following the bend of the street. Each house has one window on each floor. The upper windows are small three-light casements, while those on the lower level are sash windows set within reveals and topped with flat arches. Number 2 has a door with six fielded panels, recessed within a reveal. Above the door is a flat-arched doorway, topped with a cornice supported by brackets. It is noted that Number 3 is now incorporated into Number 4. These buildings, along with the former Church of All Saints, Toc H Meeting House, and numbers 1 to 8 form a group of buildings of group value.
