Description

A row of six cottages located in Church Street, Micheldever, dating from the early 19th century. The cottages are constructed of colour-washed brick with a thatched roof. Each cottage is two bays wide and has a 1½-storey form. A central door is flanked by camber-headed, two-light casement windows. Above each window is an eyebrow dormer containing a two-light casement, all with leaded lights. The central door has a gabled timber porch, partly rebuilt in brick. The door itself is a five-plank design with wrought iron hinges, some of which have been replaced. The roof is hipped, with an octagonal brick stack positioned between the cottages.
