Description
Riverside Cottages is a row of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and topped with an old plain tile roof. The cottages are two stories high and consist of two bays. Each cottage features a central planked door set in a solid frame, which is topped by a small gabled hood. To the left of the central door, there is a three-light casement window, while the left bay has a similar door with a two-light casement beside it, and the right bay contains two irregular two-light casements. All openings have segmental heads. There is an outshot at the right end that includes a door, along with a hipped single-storey addition to the left. On the first floor, there are two two-light casements in the central bay, a four-light casement in the left bay, and a two-light casement in the right bay. All windows are fitted with leaded lights. The roof is hipped, with stacks located between the left and right bays.
