Description

This is an early 19th-century house, built around 1840, located on St Cross Road. It is a three-story building constructed of yellow stock brick, with rusticated stucco on the ground floor. The ground floor features a triple-arched motif. Stucco pilasters are positioned on either side, surmounted by a cornice and blocking course. There are three windows, with sash windows containing glazing bars. The first-floor windows have architrave surrounds, with the central window being pedimented. A central door is topped by a fanlight. The building has a parapet and the roof is not visible. Numbers 1 to 7 (the odd numbers) form a group.
