Description

Bassetts Farm Cottage is an 18th-century cottage constructed of brick with an old plain tile roof. The building is L-shaped, positioned with its back to the road. The front elevation features two storeys and two bays, with a one-bay projection in front of the right bay. At the center, there is a 19th-century four-panelled top-glazed door with a baffle entry and a single casement window above it. On the left side, there are pairs of two-light casements on each floor, while the wing has 19th-century four-light casements. The cottage also features dentilled eaves, a half-hipped roof, and a ridge stack located above the door.
