Description

Park Cottage is a cottage from the 18th century, possibly earlier. It is constructed of brick with an old plain tiled roof. The building has three bays and is two stories high, featuring English bond brickwork. The right bay has a planked door with a camber head and a battle entry at the inner end, while the rest of this bay is blank with a buttress at the end. The center bay contains three-light casements on both floors, with a cambered head on the ground floor, while the left bay has a similar two-light window. The cottage is topped with a toothed cornice and boxed eaves. The roof is hipped and has small gablets at the top of the hips, along with a small ridge stack located to the right of center.
