Description

Pond Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage constructed of brick with an old plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a cellar, featuring three bays with an outshot. The central door has a camber head, with a 19th-century three-light casement window on each side. Above, there is a first-floor band with two three-light casement windows on either side of a two-light casement window, all of which have leaded lights. The cottage has gable end stacks, with the right stack located behind the ridge. There is a lean-to garage at the left end of the building.
