The cottage is set end-on to the road and is two storeys high with three bays. The front, facing the garden, features a plank door beneath a flat hood in the central bay, with a 2-light casement window beside and within each end bay, all under a cambered head. The first floor has a raised band and three 2-light casement windows. The roof is half-hipped, with a ridge stack positioned above the front door.
