Cottage. Late C18, with C20 extensions at side and rear. Flint and thatch. Front (south-east) of 1 storey and attic, 2 windows, with 1 window to the C20 east side single-storeyed wing, and a tiny light to the west side outshot. Roof ½-hipped to the east (with timber frame exposed in the gables) hipped to the lower roof of the wing, and hipped at the west and brought to a low eaves above the outshot, eyebrow dormers. Flint walls with brick quoins and bands (all now painted), boarding to the outshot, rendered to the wing. Casements. Wood porch (of the mid C19) to the outshot, with gable and decorative bargeboard, arched frame and boarded door.
