Description

Brook Cottage is a cottage that includes a former small barn on its west side. It dates from the 18th century and has undergone restoration in the late 20th century. The cottage features rendered walls and a thatched roof. It is one storey high with an attic and has two sections above five windows. The roof is half-hipped at the east end, where the frame is exposed in the gable, and it is lower at the west end, with the eaves raised above the upper windows. The walls are plain, with some flint panels on the west side. The windows are 20th-century casements, and there is a 20th-century porch with a tiled roof and a gabled front.
