ANDOVER HIGH STREET Jubilee Lamp

II 1887, commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. A cast-iron structure with a square pedestal supporting a slender fluted column entwined by a dolphin, with a complex of classical mouldings and a cross bar at the top. Modern Victorian style lamp.
