Description

Conduit Head is a structure commemorating the Silver Jubilee of Queen Victoria, dated 1887. It is roughcast with rusticated quoins and has a square plan. The conduit features a cornice and an ogee-shaped roof topped with a bell-finial that supports a small fluted iron lamp-standard. Each corner has a pinnacle with ogee caps and ball-finials. There is a small opening on the south side, and the west side displays a shield bearing the initials VR and the date 1887, along with a crown above.
