Description

This is an 18th and early 19th century building on Andover High Street. It is three storeys and an attic, with a facade of approximately one and a half windows wide. The roof is tiled, with two old dormers containing sashes. The walls are stuccoed, with a parapet featuring coping and rectangular panels above the window openings. There are thin, plain architraves above the windows, and horizontal bands to the first and second floors. The ground floor is rusticated stonework with arched openings and an impost band. Victorian sashes are set within the reveals of the windows. A stone doorway with a cornice supported by brackets and pilasters is on the slightly recessed north side, while a simpler doorway is within the third arched bay on the south side.
