Description

4 Market Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It has a lower elevation compared to the adjacent No 3, but the first floor windows and the lower part of the second floor windows are aligned at a similar height. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a modern hipped tile roof. On the upper floors, there are two sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The ground floor has a plain 19th-century shop front. This building is part of a group of listed buildings in Corn Market and Market Place.
